General conditions

The configurator is a software support to facilitate the assembly of the most common chain slings but it does not exclude the necessity that user has expertise in terms of the referencing the norms and standards for chains and lifting components. The configurator has been checked by Kito Chain Italia in the minimun details in order to avoid mistakes and malfunctions but it not possible to exclude problems ensuing from computer virus, fraudolent manipulations or malfunctions of the network. Kito Chain Italia does not accept liability for damages to person or goods, financial losses and interruptions of the activities, if the chain slings are not manufactured in its factory.

Il configuratore è un supporto informatico per facilitare la costruzione delle brache di catena più comuni, ma non esclude la necessità che l'operatore sia persona esperta nei termini stabiliti dalle normative di riferimento per le catene ed i componenti. Il configuratore è stato verificato da Kito Chain Italia nei minimi dettagli onde evitare errori e malfunzionamenti, ma non si possono escludere problemi conseguenti a virus, manipolazioni dolose o malfunzionamenti della rete. Kito Chain Italia non avrà responsabilità per i danni a persone o cose, perdite finanziarie e interruzioni delle attivita', se le brache configurate non saranno prodotte nei suoi stabilimenti.
